If you haven�t been through a thorough seven step process to arrive at your web solutions, you could in fact be missing out a golden opportunity to maximize your effectiveness to brand, promote and sell your products online.

Here are our proprietary seven essential steps to creating a website that genuinely works.


Understanding Your business We seek to understand the nature of your business, your brand, corporate colour, culture and corporate image. Also, we research into what your competitors are doing and endeavour to create a website that will clearly set you apart from the competition.	Conceptualization of Your Website Every industry is different and every individual business is unique. Which is why standard templates do NOT work! Each website has to be conceptualized in terms of layout and format and customized the same way we would customize the interior design and furniture for our office or home.	Blue Print Layout Next we provide a blue-print for you to decide if you like the overall format and layout. It will be much easier to change and amend the blue-print before commencement of actual design than to make huge layout changes when the site is already halfway done.	Mock Up Page Following that, we have a mock-up page made to show you how the actual website will look like. Fine-tuning of designs can be made at this point.	Image and Text Compilation Together with Step Four, we will assist you to compile the website text and images. Our services can extend to include 1) photography for your products, retail outlets etc. should you feel you do not have enough professional shots 2) editing of images provided by you 3) copy-writing for your web text and 4) text editing.	Design and Development At this stage, we move into final development to create your actual website. Construction can be done in HTML, PHP, CMS, Flash and other programming languages, depending on the nature of the website and requirements.
	Maintenance All websites require maintenance. Our standard service support includes quick trouble-shooting, bug fixes and minor enhancements - all these FOC. The standard support extends for six months after completion of project. Major enhancements will be charged based on complexity and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
